Blueberry Immune-Boosting
Fruit Straps
Ingredients:
¼ cup elderberry syrup (or elderberry concentrate)
½ cup bone broth (unflavoured) or 1/2 tbsp of concentrate
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice (vitamin C boost)
Method:
1. Add everything to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Pour mixture onto a lined baking sheet or dehydrator tray.
3. Spread thin and even.
4. Dehydrate at 100c for 2 hours or bake at the lowest oven setting with the door cracked until set and peel-able.
5. Allow to cool before cracking into chips and storing in an airtight container.
Alternatively bake for a little less time, cool, cut into strips, and roll into straps.
Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week (or refrigerate for longer
