Returns

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for an online store credit (less original shipping cost).

To return an item, you must follow our returns process and conditions. Please refer to “Returns Policy” under help and information for more information. PLEASE NOTE: we don’t allow returns on sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a discount code or credit note). 

Please complete the steps below:

STEP 1 – GET IN TOUCH WITH US

Please email hello@banabae.com with your order number and reason for requesting an exchange or return. We will provide you with a packing slip to return with your items

STEP 2 – POST YOUR PARCEL

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

STEP 3 – STORE CREDIT

Once return has been received - we will email you an online credit to the value of the item/s returned (please allow up to 10 business days). 

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible at hello@banabae.com describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

This Return Policy does NOT apply to:
  1. Gift cards or vouchers;
  2. Sale items
  3. Clearance items and goods sold as ‘SAMPLES’;
  4. Repaired or replacement items provided under our policy
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
