Returns and Refunds
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs (items purchased on sale or discount code used, are not eligible for return/refund).
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt of goods
- Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return
- After contact with us & a reply from Banabae with return details, merchandise must lodged for return within 7 days to be eligible (Please Note - A refund will not be made for returns received outside this period).
- Please keep tracking information, as we are not responsible for parcels lost/damaged in transit.
- Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Merchandise paid for via afterpay are not eligible for a refund, but may be returned as per T&Cs for a Credit Note.
- All international orders are final, no returns.
- Digital Download artwork cannot be refunded.
For items purchased on sale - no return or refund is offered. Please note, items that are purchased with a discount code, are treated as sale items and are not able to be returned or refunded. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.
For exchange you will need to process a new order online and return your unwanted item with a note stating your order number and reason for return. We will process the refund within 5 working days after item is received. Please keep tracking information for your parcel, as we are not responsible for any parcels in transit.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavor to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
Incorrect item or size received
Even though all care is taken on packing, sometimes errors are made.
We want to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. You will be emailed a prepaid returns label to send incorrect item back to Banabae at no charge to you.
Once the incorrect item is returned, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to send you the correct item. Should we no longer have the stock, we will process a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to get your Banabae goodies in the post and on your doorstep as soon as possible. Orders are shipped via Shippit and Sendle (AusPost, Couriers Please, Fastway and other courier partners). Customers will receive a tracking number via Shippit which you can use to track the progress of your order.
- Banabae is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping.
- Banabae takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
- Banabae is not responsible or liable for parcels that have been marked delivered, but are missing.
Australia Domestic Postage
Standard Shipping is $8 per order for Standard shipping for approx. delivery of 1-14 business days.
Express Shipping is $15 for approx.1-5 business days delivery expected . Please note Australia Post does prioritise Express but during the current covid pandemic they do not guarantee it.
Shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond the control of Banabae.
NZ postage is AU$20
Rest of the World Postage is AU$30
All international orders are final. Banabae will send all orders either express or standard with Australia Post based on what is available at the time with Covid limitations. We aim to have your goodies to you as soon as we can but please understand that when goods are sent out it is out of our control how fast they arrive.
* International buyers - please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. If your order is not collected and returned to us, we will charge full cost of what postage cost was to Banabae, plus 10% merchandise restock fee.
Banabae attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All styles, and colours are represented as best as we can.
Banabae cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Differences in monitors and the device you use to view the website will result in subtle differences in colour and textures.
Only one discount code may be used per order. This includes our new membership discount and free shipping threshold offer.
Occasionally some items will be made available for sale on our website as a PRE ORDER. This means that the stock hasn't arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre sale, to allow you to secure the stock.
We do this with high demand items to give you the opportunity to secure one.
These items will be marked as PRE ORDER, with an estimated date for arrival listed in the item description.
Some super important information regarding PRE ORDER items:
If you purchase an item on pre order, you will still receive a confirmation of your order right away. You will hear from us again when we send you a shipping confirmation.
The estimated dates for arrival are approximate only, and are provided to us by a third party, e.g. A manufacturer or a shipping company.
We offer items for pre order - to allow you to secure high demand products. We give the time frames in good faith, but this is outside of our control and sometimes change. If your order is time sensitive we suggest purchasing something in stock and ready to ship.
Any estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as many factors outside of our control can affect them. Please rest assured we will ship your PRE ORDER item within 24 hours of receiving it into our warehouse.
We are not able to cancel or refund any PRE ORDERS for incorrect estimated dates of arrival outside of our control. We will notify you of any changes, but your order will remain.
If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a PRE ORDER, your entire order won't be shipped until everything is in stock. This is important to note. If there are other items you wish to receive right away please place two separate orders, one for the PRE ORDER item and one for the other items.
Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you.
