Unplug and Play Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this giveaway is Banabae ABN: 54 631 316 875, operating through the Instagram handle @Banabae_au.

1. Promoters
This giveaway (“Unplug and Play Giveaway”) is promoted collectively by Banabae, Banwood AU, Springfree Trampoline and gobaplay (“the Promoters”).

2. Eligible Entrants

• Entry is only open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

• The Giveaway begins on 15th October 2025 and ends on 11:59 pm AEST, 12th September 2025 (“Entry Period”). 

• Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a. Follow all participating brands on Instagram: [@banabae_, @banwood_au, @springfreetrampoline_au and @gobaplay_au].
b. Like the giveaway post on Instagram. 

c. Entrants must visit the dedicated landing page and complete the entry form. The entry form will require:

* Email address

* Phone number

* Full name

* Instagram handle
d. Optional: Share the post to stories for bonus entries (if applicable).

5. Entry Limits

• Entrants may enteronce per email address or phone number provided.

• Automated or fake entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize

• The total prize pool is valued at AUD $4,175.8 + Delivery of prizes

• The prize includes products supplied by the Promoters, as described in the giveaway post.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• Each brand will be responsible for shipping their prize directly to the winner.

• Eentrants will not need to follow the Yoto Player account to participate in the competition but will receive this product in their prize. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on 13th November 2025.

• The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories on Banabae’s account and contacted directly via Email. 

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

8. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be shipped to an Australian postal address provided by the winner.

• The Promoters are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.

9. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to allow the Promoters to share their Instagram handle, email address, name, mobile number, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Privacy

• Personal information will only be collected and used for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoters’ privacy policies.

11. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by any entrant in connection with this Giveaway or the prize.

• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

• Instagram is released from all liability relating to this Giveaway.

13. Amendments

• The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary, due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
